Orders & Payment

When you place an order through the webshop the following applies:

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase goods from us and acceptance of the offer shall be at our discretion. Once accepted your contract is with Veloist.cc.
We may change prices from time to time and always try to ensure that they are up to date. If a product is shown in the webshop at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to not accept your offer to purchase at that price and will contact you to ask you if you wish to purchase at the correct price. If you confirm you wish to purchase at the correct price, that confirmation will constitute a new offer to purchase from us.

Prices do not include delivery costs which may be added at the checkout stage.
Veloist is not registered for VAT and therefore this is not charged on any products on the site. If goods ordered by you are subject to a tax, duty or other charge when the package reaches its destination, responsibility for paying those charges lies with you. For the purposes of customs and other importation charges, therefore, you assume the role of importer of the goods.

In respect of payments for orders:

Payments are processed either using the 'Stripe' payment gateway or Paypal. These are secure gateways and we do NOT store any payment information on any of our systems.

We charge customers' credit/debit cards at the time the order is placed. Our webshop will not allow you to order products which are out of stock which means that you should only ever be paying for products which can be shipped in good time. Occasionally, however, the stock position shown on the webshop may be inaccurate and we might be unable to send a product shown as 'in stock' and for which you have paid. If this happens, we will contact you to ask whether you would prefer to cancel the order and receive a refund or wait until stock becomes available.

All orders are charged in pounds sterling.
Ownership of goods remains with Veloist.cc until full payment is received from you.

Returns of clearance products are covered by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014. This sets out your rights for this class of product.

Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. We will refund the cost of the goods, including shipping. We will also refund the 'reasonable' cost of returning the items to us.
